An inspiring opening seminar retreat in the tri-state area (November 2021), where fellows will unite through a spiritually uplifting Shabbos, discuss some of the greatest challenges facing Klal Yisrael and determine a framework for addressing them effectively

Six online workshops with leading Askanim, respected philanthropists and world-class experts where they will reflect on personal experiences, deliver master classes, and lead engaging discussions regarding key topics such as adaptive leadership, philanthropic models, navigating communal landscapes, effective governance and board management

Project Based Learning in which fellows will work together to solve practical challenges facing Klal Yisrael

Signing a Contract

One-on-one mentorship and personalized development plans from professional coaches

Documents and Blurred Business Men

A five-day closing seminar in Israel (May 2022), including unique experiences and high-level meetings with CEOs, government officials, lay leaders and key individuals
